What is a webliography, you ask?
It is a collection of bibliographic resources, both printed and online, gathered together on a webpage. Each resource is about a particular topic and is designed to help you, the user, find information.
Alright. So what is the topic of this webliography?
This webliography is a collection of resources on amateur astronomy. Each work has been selected to help you in your astronomy experience. These include dictionaries and encyclopedias to help you with vocabulary and terms with which you may be unfamiliar and guides, almanacs, and atlases to help you locate objects within the night sky. I have also provided some periodical resources (monthly publications) that contain relevant information and reference material.
Great! How do I get started?
You can use the links at the left-hand side of the page to navigate this webliography. Clicking "Home" will always bring you back to this page. I've also provided some outside links you can use to find additional information on your own, if you'd like. You can dive right in, but I would highly recommend you read Welcome Stargazers and Using This Site before you begin. These two pages give a little more introduction and will help you understand the format of the rest of this webliography.
Most importantly, have fun! Many of these resources have wonderful illustrations or interactive programs for you to use and enjoy. If you have any questions, feel free to ask by commenting below.
